Miles and his team sorted out renting my flat in just under two weeks. From first inspects to tenants moving in. I expect things to take much longer because of the usual reference checks, etc., but these were done in days, not weeks. Everything was done quickly and efficiently by email and WhatsApp.
Miles also ensured the relevant certificates and inspections were done and that an inventory and deep cleaning were done within the short timeframe. He also personally inspected the flat and cleaning on moving day, coordinating everything with clockwork timing. He has a great team and contacts of tradespeople whom he can call on when required.
On the Sunday after the tenants had moved in, I spoke to them via video conference, and they were very happy that everything had gone smoothly and they could move in quickly without any issues.
I could not be happier with the service from Miles and his team, and I highly recommend.
